About Ocurrió Studio

Ocurrió Studio is the work of Grace Lihn, a watercolor artist and ceramicist based in Mountain View, California.

She paints the California coast plein air to capture not just what it looks like, but how it feels. Each piece is an open invitation to slow down, look closer, and find something you recognize.

The Story

I believe we aren't separate from nature. We are nature.

And I think that's worth remembering, worth painting, worth protecting.
